Our expertise began with developing sophisticated platforms for the Polytechnic of Milan's online masters programs, integrating video lessons, documentation, and digital resources into seamless learning experiences.  AI in the e-learning services AI is a strategic support for the teaching effectiveness. The success of this approach was first demonstrated in our AI seminar series and has since evolved into a comprehensive educational solution. Building on this foundation, we have pioneered the use of AI in education through InnovTech, our innovative online school for the French speaking African countries. This service is based on AI-powered avatars as instructors, delivering concise, engaging lessons that enhance student attention and learning efficiency. Human ResourcesOur commitment to professional development extends to human resources through MMJOBS, a dynamic platform developed in collaboration with Eurafrica Business. This portal, which rapidly grew to attract 15,000 daily visitors, serves as a comprehensive recruitment tool, featuring automated CV creation and management capabilities. The platform facilitates international recruitment across Tunisia, Canada, Italy, and France, with our team coordinating online interviews and candidate selection.  A service for creating and updating CVs has been added to MMJOBS: this allows us and our partners to automatically collect and keep in a common data base a large number of CVs divided by type of activity. We currently operate with some countries where we have developed a partnership network with local operators, in particular Tunisia, Canada, Italy and France. The user can select the most interesting CVs from the MMJOBS database and the team that manages these activities organizes the interviews online.  Online Job Fair - May 2022 The effectiveness of our integrated approach was demonstrated during our Online Job Fair, where we connected companies from Canada, France, and Italy with qualified candidates from our extensive database. This event showcased how our technology can bridge geographical gaps in professional recruitment while providing efficient tools for candidate evaluation and selection.
Through these initiatives, we're reshaping both education and professional development, making learning more accessible and recruitment more efficient across international borders.
